Moreh Yahoshua ben Yahweh (MYBY) is a teacher of the word of the Most High Yah. Before coming to the knowledge of Yah he was a Christian teacher and music producer having produced for almost 20 years, Gospel, R&B as well as Jazz, Rock and Funk. He has evolved from a well-rounded church musician, into a dynamic speaker, producer, recording engineer, and writer. He is a graduate of the New York Center of Media Arts and obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Recording Science. He was also blessed to receive a Masters in Music Composition. Using the A.K.A. “DaddyJ”, he became one of the innovators of what insiders referred to as “Grunge Funk.” He was also well received, with his spine tingling big sound ballads, sweet melodic arrangements, as well as his Jazz, Funk, R&B, Hip Hop and Gospel flavored tracks. He is a "bonafide" musician who plays a plethora of instruments. Or as some would say who have worked with him, “Whatever you put in front of him.”

No matter if it’s drum programming, sequencing, vocal arranging, writing or composing, "DJ", has always delivered top quality and has penned his sound for a variety of R&B groups, such as Immature, Skin Deep, the legendary Ray Goodman and Brown, Jazz artist Allen Wiggins, and Alfonso Blackwell. He has remixed and/or collaborated with the best. Having produced remixes, and his music placed with various artists including, Buster Rhymes, Dawn Penn, Kimani Marley, Lyric, Roberta Flack, and many more. Sharing his many blessings and talents, Moreh has been blessed to work with some of Gospels greats, such as; The Winans, Richard Smallwood, Tramaine Hawkins, Danabelle Hall and Andre Crouch. Working in studio sessions with production legends like Skip Anderson,Skip Scarborough, Babbie Mason and Barry Eastman afforded the musical prodigy the ability to learn and “sharpen” his production ear. He is a former member of the award-winning group “Kingdom”, and Co-produced tracks with multi platinum producer Rahni Song, (Najee’s theme) now known as Yasha Barjona. The partnership with Yasha gave DJ access to the secrets of effective producing and mixing, as well as how to stay afloat in the "biz". Moreh is currently working with Yasha on some major projects.

"This project "Warrior" redemption is a long overdue project that means alot to me. I never considered myself and "artist", but I guess it's timing and now as i embark on this new phase in my musical life i'm a bit nervous about it. I mean let's face it, It's been approximately 6 years since I've been in a studio, however, it feels like i never left, the only difference is the Ruach Ha kodesh (Holy Spirit) is guiding me with this, I really feel that with this album."
