Grief is a multi-faceted response to loss. While the terms are often used interchangeably, Bereavement often refers to the state of loss, and Grief to the reaction to loss. As God increases our knowledge, He will increase our sorrow. Severe reactions to loss may carry over into family relations and cause trauma for children, spouses and any other family members. Our hurt... hurts! Thank God for our friends who help us overcome.
