I have to admit that I am a "bookie." I have been an avid reader since I came to our Savior 17 years ago.

Shortly after I started this walk I went to work in a Christian Bookstore and after leaving there, opened my own shop. Now, I mainly sell online. As grow in this walk with Yahweh even my inventory changes.

As we grow and learn we come across books that have had a great impact on us and our walk. This is a place to share the titles that have changed your life. Also, a place to come if you are looking for a special title.

The number 1 Book for us all is The Scriptures, or it should be. But I have found that YHWH has gifted some authors to help us to understand His Word and bring clarification.

Comment by Shammah on April 5, 2009 at 1:56pm: Oh boy, oh boy....now I know why I did not remember myself from membership on His Space - this blog was "made for me," as I devour book after book after book. I don't throw the "baby out with the bathwater," as I search, read, research. I am currently going through four different books at the same time - all of which are related in one way or another. I just posted a blog this morning on my own website blog entitled "Wisdom AND Understanding," and in it I quote from one of the four books I currently have on the go: The Gnostic Gospels of Jesus by Marvin Meyer.

Hopefully I've not broken any of this sites' community guidelines in making reference to either the book or my own personal blog...
